Coping with the help of 3D printing

Coping with the help of 3D printing
With the help of a 3D printer, a lot of hard work is being done now. One such thing is the scientists. For the 54-year-old Spanish cancer patient, they made titanium-made ribs with the help of a 3D printer. The cancer patient was suffering from cough bone cancer. This patient's rib bone was changed under the supervision of Salamansa University Hospital surgeon in Spain. It's a life-saving innovation that experts say.

These bones are very strong but very light. The medical team is hoping they will not have any problems with the patient's movement because they are very flexible.

To do this, firstly Surgeons take the help of an Australian surgical product manufacturer named Anatomix. The company first creates a three-dimensional design through AutoCAD, so surgeons can do as much as possible to build bones. Prior to that, the surgeons saw the CT Scan image of the patient's breast, so that the right size bones could be made. They used the $ 1.3 million printer made by Arcam to produce these bones.

This is not the first such incident. Earlier, scientists created many parts of the body with the help of 3D printers. But the bone of the human eye was first made in 3D printer.
